This is an artistic version of the USA Flag with 13 alternating red and white stripes and 50 stars on a blue background. I added the Preamble to the United States Constitution, beginning with the words "We the People". The Preamble is a brief introductory statement of the Constitution's fundamental purposes and guiding principles.
